Coaching consists of observing or monitoring student performance when completing a task which will bring the student performance closer to expert performance.

Providing expert advice and support to assist registered nurses in attaining their goals. 

Nurses are invited to participate in a training where they will be asked to perform  PICC Line practices as an apprentice
